Arts Fest Beverly is next Saturday, June 15, 2019, from 10am-4pm. It is a free outdoor festival in downtown Beverly that’s fun for the whole family.
This is the first show of the season where I will have EVERYTHING with me – original paintings (I currently have @ 20 new works in my inventory), limited-edition prints (I have over 30 images available), and new note cards!
I will be participating in the The Broke Arts Fair in Peterborough, NH on June 8th. The Broke Arts Fair philosophy is simple: art is for everybody. All Broke events are free to the public, and vendors commit to presenting ALL of their products for less than $50. You can expect to see a wide array of artworks and wares. We love giving people the opportunity to buy artwork directly from the fine people who made it.
The Beacon Hill Art Walk is my first outdoor art show of the summer. It will take place on Sunday, June 2nd from noon to 6pm throughout the nooks & crannies of Beacon Hill’s North Slope. I participated last year and really enjoyed the format of this special event. Residents open up their private gardens, alleyways, and courtyards and allow artists to display and sell their artwork. It is a chance for visitors to tour the private spaces of Beacon Hill while viewing original, handmade artwork.
I will have lots of new original works with me. I’ve been working hard to build up my inventory and hope to have over twenty never-before seen paintings available (including Joie de Vivre: Bird, 8×8, oil on panel, shown above).
In addition, I will have a small selection of much older paintings from previous series that are still in need of a home. I will be offering these experiments, studies, tangents, dead ends and hidden gems at discounted prices in an effort to clean out my studio for some much needed space!
I will be at the Button Factory Open Studios this year on Saturday, December 1st, from 10am-5pm. I am very thankful to my friend, Erin Moran, who invited me to share her studio space on the ground level. It’s been a few years since I’ve participated in this event and I am SO excited to be back. I will have all of my limited-edition prints, hand-painted ornaments and some note cards. In addition, I will have a few odds and ends left over from previous series over the years that I will be selling at a discount (I need the space!).

I will have my own tent and will have some original works, lots of limited-edition prints and a few note card bundles! I’m excited to announce that four new prints have been added to the selection – if you can’t make it to Picnic next weekend, they are also available to view and purchase in my Etsy shop.
I have really enjoyed the art fairs that I’ve participated in this summer. I started with the Beacon Hill Art Walk in June, followed by ArtBeat in Somerville and will end with this show in Portland, ME. People have been so kind and engaging. These experiences (and working with wonderful galleries) keep me going and fill me with gratitude.
ArtBeat is July 14th in Somerville, MA. It’s one of the area’s largest and most innovative arts festivals, with over a dozen bands, dance troupes, 75 craft vendors, food, and all-age activities. I will be sharing a tent with my friend and amazing artist Johanna Finnegan-Topitzer.
Please stop by if you are in the area, I will have a selection of new originals, limited-edition prints and hopefully some new greeting cards!
