This new body of work is a personal celebration of the ocean. The briny deep. The open sea. The azure abyss. The imagery is inspired by the feelings It evokes - fear, wonder, clarity, joy, hope. As always, my work is also strongly influenced by my own childhood memories and the ones I strive to create for my children. It is my hope that these oil paintings will spark the young spirit within us all, an inner feeling of delight and awe in the infinite possibilities of imagination.
