Returns and Exchanges

Original Paintings: 

All sales of original artwork are final. No exchanges. No Returns.  Orders canceled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee.

Prints, Note cards, Stickers, Books:

Returns and exchanges of non-sale items are gladly accepted within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a refund. But before you send anything back, please contact me if you have any problems with your order so we can work out the best solution (for example, sometimes it's not necessary to send an item back).

If we do agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
I will not refund shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange as well as paying any difference in shipping price. 


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Before shipping anything back, please contact us at hello@kim-ferreira.com and wait for a response so we can work out the best solution. If we agree you'll need to return the item, you should mail your product to: 558 Islington Street, Portsmouth, NH, 03801, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
