Butterflies have become prominent in my work. I've always been drawn to them, when I turned 18 I took a bus to a tattoo parlor, my heart set on a butterfly. Now in my forties, I can't remember which shoulder it sits on. But I still love butterflies. Monarchs in particular. Endurance, transformation and change. Finding joy in life and lightness of being.
